Materials/Techniques: Batik & cotton fabric with decorative stitches, fast finish triangles using the August Quilt-A-Month challenge of prairie points.

Artist Statement: After seeing the August Quilt-A-Month challenge and spending the weekend near the Blue Ridge Parkway in southern Virginia, I searched mountainous sunset photos on computer. I also searched how to do the prairie points (easy & fun). Then I chose various polka dot fabrics from stash. I am very pleased with results & plan to make more. Hope it makes you smile!
