Materials/Techniques: I had an orphan block that I used to make a small quilt. It is machine pieced using cotton fabrics; it has a cotton batting and backing and is hand quilted. The binding is a double fold using the same fabric as was used for the backing.
Artist Statement: I'm pleased to have found a way that i can personally help with the elimination of this devastating disease.
