Materials/Techniques: Repurposed fabric, markers, pens.

Artist Statement: The fabric for this quilt was cut from a jacket I found at a thrift shop. The pattern reminded me of buildings, so I used pens and markers to add the windows and the door, and to outline some of the design. One of my favorite things to do when making art quilts is to reuse fabric from old clothing.
