Materials/Techniques: 100% cotton fabric, lace of mixed content, poly batting, Sulky 100% polyester invisible thread used on quilt front. 100% cotton thread was used in the bobbin.

Artist Statement: Zigzag and straight stitching were used to join the lace together, quilting the quilt as the front was pieced. This quilt has no binding, but has a zigzag finish on the edges. This was done so that it may be framed, if desired. I made this quilt in response to a request in a quilting blog.
