Materials/Techniques: Machine pieced and quilted, hand appliquéd.

Artist Statement: This quilt was created in response to a guild art quilt challenge. We were asked to find paint sample chips from the hardware store based on our initials and construct a quilt using those colors. The flower is my mom, who is still alive and healthy, but really mentally fading.

Dedication: The quilt is in honor of my mother who is "losing it". She has been diagnosed with an Alzheimer’s-like dementia.

This quilt has a Traditional Sleeve.

This quilt earned $45.88 for the AAQI.
