Artist Statement: Contemplating the ravages of Alzheimer’s as I stitched; I wondered … would I forget how to recognize beauty? This "a stitch in time" quilt is an offering of hope for an Alzheimer’s cure. May we all continue to appreciate the simple, profound natural beauty that keeps us in its embrace, while we rejoice in gratitude. We pray for those who may have forgotten.
