Artist Statement: This piece speaks to the spontaneity of thought, action and energy needed by caregivers to provide quality of care for persons with Alzheimer's. Caregivers have to have quick reflexes and a quick wit to adjust to the many faces and stages of Alzheimer's. It is a happy quilt to provide sustenance to the caregiver.

Dedication: This quilt is dedicated to the caregivers who provide support and safety for the person with Alzheimer's. Blessed are the caregivers, particularly if they are family members who may have given up their jobs or their homes to provide for the many needs of their loved one.
