Materials/Techniques: Acrylic paints, rubber stamping, free-motion quilting.

Artist Statement: I had been intending to make a forget-me-not quilt for a while, but I was putting it off until it felt like the right time. The design of the words was inspired by cleaning off the excess ink after using stamps. I liked the way the letters faded with each successive pressing, and I wanted to incorporate that into a quilt. It reminded me of fading memories, or of growing acceptance of the possibility of being forgotten.
