Width: 8.375"   Length: 10.5"

Designer: Helga Diggelmann, of Four Square Design, is the designer. I used her pattern titled "Dimensional Curves,” ©2010.

Materials/Techniques: This quilt is machine-pieced and machine quilted using cotton fabric and is embellished with small yellow and orange beads and three vintage yellow buttons.

Artist Statement: I decided to make and submit a quilt to the Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative after taking a class taught by Helga Diggelmann, at Georgia Sewing and Quilt Shop in Buford, GA. I am very interested in your project, as I have been a volunteer for more than five years at Grace Arbor, a respite care program for older adults with memory impairment, at First United Methodist Church, Lawrenceville, GA.

Dedication: This quilt is dedicated to Elizabeth, one of the very first participants in the program at Grace Arbor, who is now "tending her garden in Heaven."

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $67 for the AAQI.
