Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, wool batting. Machine pieced, appliquéd and quilted.

Artist Statement: Curved piecing was used to create the morning sky, and the sun was machine appliquéd.

Dedication: This is dedicated, with appreciation, to the wonderful staff who care for my mother-in-law and all of the residents at Morningside Heights Care Center, Marshall, Minnesota. They treat all of the residents with such tender care, love, and respect. We are truly grateful.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
