Materials/Techniques: 100% cotton, machine pieced, appliqued, and quilted.

Artist Statement: Our guild had a "Play on Words" challenge. I can imagine that with all of the changes and unfamiliar happenings at the beginning of this disease that the person and the family have butterflies in their stomach anticipating the unknown.

Dedication: To all of the lovely persons with Alzheimer's and the families I have met as a professional care-giver, and the courage they have shown as they traveled through this disease.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
