Artist Statement: The prints represent my Aunt's colors and her favorite block was the Maple Leaf. I used the Double 4-Patch to represent her 4 sons and 4 daughter-in-laws, who cared for her in her home 'til her death.

Dedication: Dedicated to my Aunt Mary Lee Penton, who had Alzheimer's. She was an avid quilter before Alzheimer's took her away.
