Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, hand applique, couched yarn, fused ladybug, signed, enveloped on three sides with the top traditionally bound.

Artist Statement: The gulls are floating free as is the oak leaf and the ladybug is catching a free ride!

Dedication: To the caregivers, may they have time to float free from the disease which they see on a daily basis.
