Materials/Techniques: A plane rises heavily into the air while a watcher stands in the jungle. A printed cotton, pieced and hand-quilted. I have tacked a piece of extra fabric to the back in case the buyer would like to label it with "name, rank, and serial number" or some other message.

Artist Statement: I am fulfilling a "$1000 Promise".
