Materials/Techniques: Small squares of cotton and cotton blend fabrics in some of my favorite colors, arranged in a simple sideways pattern. Hand-quilted in a diagonal pattern.

Artist Statement: I am fulfilling a "$1000 Promise," and making quilts of many different kinds. I am hoping and praying for medical breakthroughs to overcome this terrible disease.
