Materials/Techniques: This quilt uses pieces of fabric printed with scenes painted by Norman Rockwell. The scenes represent spring, summer, autumn, and winter, framed in muslin and decorated with hand-embroidered flowers and some hand quilting.

Artist Statement: I am fulfilling a "$1000 Promise" and making quilts of many different kinds. I am hoping and praying for medical breakthroughs to overcome this terrible disease.

Dedication: In memory of my mother, who made sure I got sewing lessons all those years ago. Her loss to Alzheimer's is still mourned.
