Materials/Techniques: Paper pieced cotton fabric -- machine quilted.

Artist Statement: The cardinal is the state bird of Illinois and 6 other states. They are one of my favorite birds. This is my Quilt-A-Month quilt for May.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.
