Artist Statement: I needed a pick-me-up during the long, gloomy, rainy spring of 2011, so I designed this quilt with flowers to remind me that spring always follows winter, no matter what. It just takes longer some years!<

Dedication: To all of my quilting friends who helped me make it through this long, long winter and spring.
