Materials/Techniques: Most of the fabrics in this quilt are batiks with 1 1/4 blocks, and mostly 1/4" patches, although some are larger. They are all five grid and some blocks have more than 25 pieces, one I counted had 36.

Artist Statement: I like sampler quilts because each block is different and I really am easily bored with repeating the same things. I designed all of these blocks, although I must say, some look pretty much like others I've seen.
