Materials/Techniques: Traditionally pieced by machine from cotton fabrics. Border used strip piecing techniques.

Artist Statement: I like making stars and it is hard to come up with a name for each one, so I decided to name this one for the month the star was made and used in the quilt. The colors seemed just right for the month of May.
