Materials/Techniques: A mixture of fabrics including some tulle and beading, hand pieced and quilted.

Artist Statement: I saw the quilt show at the Mullins Center at the University of Massachusetts a couple of weeks back. The volunteers were very dedicated and since I have two dear women I cared about who have died and who suffered with Alzheimer’s, this seemed like a perfect way to raise funds. I also liked the idea that this program is served by volunteers and the money raised isn't wasted on high salaries for executive compensation!

Dedication: In memory of my sister-in-law, Eleanor Kinlock and in memory of a dear friend, Josephine Baldyga, two of the kindest ladies I have ever known.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $45 for AAQI.
