Materials/Techniques: Her arms were attached with fusible web using cotton fabric for face, arms, and background, the features were drawn on with a Sharpie. The dress is fancy fabric and lace hand appliquéd on with beads added for an embellishment. Since she is dancing on a stage I used velvet like fabric for the frame, piece is hand quilted.

Artist Statement: I belong to an on-line group called Fast Friday Fabric Challenge. The rules for this month were dance and movement. It sounded like a good small quilt for Alzheimer's.
