Artist Statement: This is my first quilt for the Alzheimer’s Art Quilt Initiative, but won't be my last. It is my goal to stitch until a cure is found for this devastating illness.

Dedication: Our family has been hard hit by Alzheimer's. My father, Richard Anton Carlson, and my mother-in-law, Carolyn Marsh Edison both have it. This quilt is dedicated to them with my love.
