Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, covered with black tulle, black polyester batting. Machine quilted in the "grout" lines.

Artist Statement: have totally fallen in love with the mosaic technique, since reading about it in Julie Hirota's article in the January 2011 American Quilter magazine. I want to make about 100 more. Making these small quilts is a perfect way to try a new technique.
