Materials/Techniques: It is made from just two different fabrics. One of which is suede cloth and the other is poly/cotton. I used regular crayons to color the sky and fabric markers for details. It has raw edge appliqué with poly/cotton thread.

Artist Statement: The two figures in this picture, a little boy and his dad, look as if they are discussing the day's work they are going to do on the farm.

Dedication: This quilt is dedicated to the next generation in hopes a cure for Alzheimer's is found so that they don't have to worry about dealing with this horrible disease.
