Materials/Techniques: Cotton quilt fabric and Angelina, machine quilted with cotton thread and monofilament, raw edge appliqué.

Artist Statement: I have always wanted to go to Holland to see the tulip fields. I received some beautiful photographs in an e-mail that inspired me to make this quilt.

Dedication: Dedicated to my friend's husband who has already lost his father to Alzheimer's and his mother, who took care of her husband, and now has Alzheimer's herself.
