Materials/Techniques: 100% cotton fabric, cotton batting, heat adhering crystals.

Artist Statement: Center piece is from a quilt made in 1930's by my grandmother. Fabric of the dress is one of my mother's childhood dresses. I repaired parts of the original quilt to get the required 9" by 12" size requirements and added the binding and crystal embellishment.

Dedication: My mother is 83 and has Alzheimer's. This quilt piece represents 3 generations of my family having a part in it.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $35 for the AAQI.
