Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabric and batting, buttons, and embroidery floss. Watermelon is hand appliquéd to the quilt. Checkered tablecloth is comprised of 1" pieced squares. Quilted with clear polyester thread.

Artist Statement: I loved that song "The Ants Go Marching One by One" as a kid. This is my homage to all the fun songs from my childhood.
