Artist Statement: This is a free form cut and applique quilt, designed as it was made.

Dedication: I dedicate this quilt to the care givers at the Exira Nursing Home Alzheimer’s Unit, Exira, Iowa. A small thank you for the care they gave my mother during her time there.
