Materials/Techniques: Cotton, batting, four square and flying geese designs, with raw-edge appliquéd flower.

Artist Statement: Working with the triangles and squares left from earlier quilts, the challenge is to combine them in new and pleasing designs.

Dedication: No visit to my mother's house was complete without a walk through her beautiful flower garden. Even after she slipped into dementia, visiting the nursing home included a walk through their flower garden until even that small pleasure was lost.

This quilt has Fast Finish Triangles.

This quilt earned $25 for the AAQI.
