Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics; machine pieced, machine quilted.
Artist's Statement: Nine-patch blocks were cut and rearranged into other blocks -- fractured, if you will -- to create this quilt using Dick and Jane fabric. The freehand quilting echoes the text of the fabric. All in honor of my younger sister Jane who is the victim of Early-onset Alzheimer's.
Dedication: In honor of my sister, Jane.
