Artist's Statement: I tinkered with Sindy's rooster design a tiny bit, making him taller and skinnier. I drew the crazy-type background block myself.

Dedication: To all politicians. We elect them, we watch their time in office, we applaud their good decisions and deplore their brainless ones. When we get upset over what they do, we regain our good humor by picturing them as silly clucks, strutting around, feeling important.
