Materials/Techniques: Cottons chosen from several different stash pieces. Quilting stitch in the ditch. Leaf embellished with cotton variegated thread.
Artist's Statement: The single fallen leaf represents and Alzheimer's person surrounded by many leaves (represents friends and family that help to support the patient).
Dedication: To Dolores O'Neil. Our daughter's mother-in-law who has Alzheimer's for the past 10 years.
