Reading the quilt from top to bottom, I’ve tried to represent the journey an Alzheimer’s victim makes from fully functioning adult to being confused and losing abilities, through unpredictable outbursts of love or anger, eventually being completely dependent on others for any kind of existence, and finally, death.Dedication:
To Julie, June, and Michele, all of whom have lost parents to Alzheimer’s Disease.
