Artist's Statement: This piece was inspired by early summer’s tiger lilies which grow beautifully and abundantly near my home.

Dedication: To my friend Debbie who has early onset Alzheimer’s; and to her son just graduating from college, who has a burden that no twenty-two year-old should have to carry.
