Materials/Techniques: All cotton Fabric; iron-on applique; seed beads; glow in the dark thread (on front only).
Artist's Statement: The fish in this quilt are swimming in total darkness, much like Alzheimer's patients must do every day. The light given off by the 'glow in the dark' thread symbolizes the light at the end of the tunnel, in the form of a cure.
