Width: 7.75" Length: 7.75"
Materials/Techniques: 100% cotton for the top and backing, Poly/Cotton blend for batting and Coats and Clark thread. Partially machine quilted, with the leaf in the center being hand appliqued (raw edge). The back is pieced.
Artist's Statement: was in the mood to make something fall inspired, especially since it's been unseasonably warm the last week or so. I love the fall because my allergies aren't kicking in, and I love leaves and the golds and browns that you can see on trees when the leaves begin to change.
