Artist's Statement: Bruce Graham, the architect who designed both the Sears Tower and the John Hancock Building in Chicago, Illinois died of complications from Alzheimer's disease in 2010. I was born in Chicago and lived there until I was 20 years old. These buildings were very much a part of my childhood. I loved going to
the Hancock Building at dusk to watch the lights come on over my beloved city.
Lois Jarvis Dedication: For my mother and mother-in-law who both suffer from Alzheimer's
disease.
