Materials/Techniques: Paper pieced cottons, machine quilted.
Artist's Statement: I made another version of this quilt, "Gloucester Schooner" (#3825). For this one, I decreased the size of the ship and "bottled" it. It was modeled after a ship in a bottle my father-in-law made years ago.
Dedication: To my father-in-law who made many ships in bottles which are now family treasures.

This quilt earned $60 for the AAQI.
