Materials/Techniques: Novelty Print fabric, cheese cloth, beads, silk weaved fabric, raw edging, hand quilting.
Artist's Statement: A winter wonderland novelty print fabric is muted by the application cheese cloth, just as an Alzheimer victim’s memory may be muted when trying to remember a winter day of play. The children at play become hard to see and understand as the cheese cloth falls over the scene. The beads are tear drops and sadness a victim and their loved ones feel as memories of fun times fade.
