Materials/Techniques: Black background with Crown of Thorns blocks set on point and narrow inner border. Quilted in a half inch grid.
Artist's Statement: This seems to be a favorite Amish quilt, and is in the colors often used by them. There are several pictures of similar, but larger quilts in books of traditional quilts. I made this during the Easter weekend, which I thought was an appropriate time.
