Artist's Statement: The antique photo of the woman who seems to be saying "Nobody knows the trouble I've seen" appealed to me, asking to be reproduced on a somber piece.

Dedication: My father, Oscar Cook, was lost to his family and friends because of Alzheimer's and died May 18, 2005.
This quilt is displayed with a traditional sleeve.
This quilt earned $40 for the AAQI.
