Materials/Techniques: Fabric, yarn, tulle, paper, skeleton leaves, paint & acrylic medium. The foundation of this collage is a combination of pre-quilted strips trimmed away from other art pieces. The composition of leaves and couched yarns was built after those strips were stitched together. Machine quilted.
Artist's Statement: The falling and skeleton leaves represent the fading and loss of memories that comes with Alzhiemer’s.
