Materials/Techniques: All of the fabrics except the plain light colored background are from a pack of 2 1/2" strips from the Rivera collection by Connecting Threads.
Artist's Statement: Making a quilt from a collection of fabrics is a lot of fun. The colors go together, the designs are compatible and sometimes it stretches your ingenuity. This piece is a modified Odd Fellows block, bordered by squares of more colorways of the designs. The name of the quilt came from the suggestion that it looked like spring.
