Artist's Statement: After making a “pig” quilt for my sister who raises pigs in the country, I discovered lots of people love pigs! Thus, when asked to make a single pig block, I was delighted to do so.
Dedication: To my friend Irene, who faithfully cares for her mother who has Alzheimer’s.
