Artist's Statement: I work at Nancy ’s Quilt Shop in Las Vegas . We die cut quilts. 1” pieces are discarded. I pick them up to make something pretty. Symbolically, they represent the broken pieces of loved ones that will become whole and beautiful again in another life.

Dedication: In memory of my father and Mother-in-Law, both of whom suffered with Alzheimer’s Disease.
