Materials/Techniques: While working on the Vintage Quilt Auction, my imagination was caught by some of the pieces and I decided to make a Priority Quilt about one that was particularly inexpertly made with perseverance and love. I copied the picture and printed it out on fabric. The girl is a Dover silhouette and the book is from a digital scrapbooking kit. I even put a needle and thread in the girl’s hand.
Artist's Statement: I couldn’t resist making up a story about this vintage quilt.
