Materials/Techniques: Machine appliqué wool on machine pieced background. Shell button, wood beads and other bead embellishments. Machine quilted.
Artist's Statement: The elephant design is adapted from the elephant on a small ceramic box from Kenya. I loved the sweetness of this elephant and just started pulling beading, fabrics and embellishments from my stash to show it off.
