Artist's Statement: My grandfather would have been 92 years old on September 21st of 2008. On his birthday I began writing down some notes as to who he was and in looking at my notes I realized what he might have said if he could have and I wrote "With Sincere Gratitude" I believe this would apply to most Alzheimer's patients.
