Materials/Techniques: Silk screened, machine quilted 3-D butterflies constructed with ultra heat and bond.
Artist's Statement: This quilt is a product of a class sample created in a Ginny Eckley’s class at the 2009 Chicago EQF show. The 3-D butterflies were added to increase the contrast in the composition.
Dedication: To my father, E Allen Parker, who passed away in 2000 with Alzheimer’s.
This quilt is displayed with Fast Finish Triangles.
This quilt earned $45.00 for the AAQI.
